Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://thepetconciergemountainhome.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Dog Sitting, Cat Sitting, Pet Bird Sitting, Reptile Sitting, Overnight Pet Sitting provided by The Pet Concierge. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. The Pet Concierge (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. The Pet Concierge does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, The Pet Concierge's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify The Pet Concierge from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AR.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
